MAS Electronics is proud to introduce NEITH i.MX93 the new product dedicated to NXP’s i.MX93 family a 1.7 GHz dual-core ARM Cortex-A55™ processor integrated with a 0.5 TOP/s NPU that greatly accelerates machine learning inference. For industrial applications, real-time control is enabled by an integrated 250 MHz Arm® Cortex®-M33. The SoM complies with the OSM (Open Standard Module™) OSM Size-S specification.

Its main features are:

  • Dual-core ARM Cortex-A55 CPU, 1.7GHz
  • LPDDR4x x16  fino a 2Gbyte
  • eMMC: 8 GiB (optional: up to 256 GB)
  • Form factor: OSM Size-S, 30x30mm
  • 1080p60 MIPI-DSI (4-lane, 1.5Gbps/lane) with PHY
  • 720p60 LVDS (4-lane)
  • Ethernet: 2xRGMII 10/100/1000Mbps
